DEI: Diversity Month events

Role — Coordinated a 10-person volunteer team; helped implement the first Diversity Census.

Challenge — Drive meaningful engagement on a tight budget.

What I did — Produced Diversity Month (talks, workshops, gamified actions); led IWD with 500 live participants; turned Diversity Census data → action (analysis, feedback loops, plans).

Outcomes — 600+ engaged; two diversity seals; recurring “safe space” feedback; solid data baseline.

Finance: workshops to boost productivity

Role — Designed & delivered

Challenge — Speed up work digitalization and productivity

What I did — Discovery brainstorms; tool workshops (Alteryx, advanced Excel, SAP scripts, dashboards); reusable templates; office hours.

Outcomes — Higher adoption of digital tools; visible productivity gains (faster, more standardized processes).
